Welcome to Hawk Class!

Miles, Emma, Simone, Kirsteen and Tessa would like to welcome you back to Summer Term in Hawks Class.  At the moment things are a little different for us all but we would like to help you as much as possible with ideas to help you learn from home.  We will be adding new links and ideas to the website and would encourage you to visit it weekly and keep an eye on Twitter.

Whilst we remain at home I will be ringing for a chat on a Tuesday to ensure everyone is keeping safe and well.

This term our topic will be 'Road Trip'...........we will be discovering, finding out and learning lots of new things.  We will be travelling from our homes to visit many of the wonderful places that this world has to offer.

We would be grateful if all children could come to school with a PE kit to be kept in school.  It will be returned for washing at the end of each term.

At morning break we offer the children fruit or toast.  If your child would like toast then we ask for 25p per day to be sent in.  For ease of administration please send in either weekly or a larger amount termly.

There is no need to send in a water bottle for regular drinks as water is available in class and is given at regular intervals.

All of the children will have an 'Enrichment Booklet' which will be sent home with a variety of ideas that you might like to try at home.  If you do complete any please send in a photo and we will stamp the book.

As part of the school's 'Active Learning' agenda we will be engaging in at least 30 minutes of physical activity daily.  Activites will include the 'Daily Mile', 'Cosmic Yoga', '5 a day' and 'Wii Dance'

Dates for your diary (further details will be sent out in due course):
